Miguel A. Serrano has been practicing law since 1992.
Miguel began his legal career in the courtroom as a prosecutor. He then joined the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and practiced complex commercial litigation involving large-scale government contracts and federal personnel issues.
Later, he served as Counsel to the Chairman of the United States Merit Systems Protection Board and as counsel to senior officials at the United States Department of State.
In 2005, he opened the Law Office of Miguel A. Serrano.
Miguel earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1992 after graduating from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1986.
